Been a bit quiet due to extensive travel. Slept in the same bed for the second time last night. Jen is well hung over due to a session at the 'Rose of Australia'. Sydney is very much gentrified since i was last ('98) here. The 'rose' is case in point. It transitions from Aussie pub at the front to chic cocktail bar at the rear. Even the infamous Redfern is all renovated terrace houses and cafes. Like Kingsland, only without Johnny Howard living round the corner (n.b. Helen Clark lives in a very recently gentrified part of town, previously famous because i woke up behind the shops after a bender once).
