As part of my birthday celebrations I am ... indulging in a new bicycle styling exercise. Think of your classic 60s European touring roadbike but, you know, made in the year 2000 or something.
The very traditional Gilles Berthoud provided the seed from which this idea grew by manufacturing these carbon fibre full fenders. The only trouble is (apart from the eyewatering price tag) that having created such beauty, Berthoud ain't about to make it easy for everybody to possess such a thing...
